Check to see if there are any TMP files sitting in the spool directory. If
so, check to see what is inside them. If they are partial web pages, the
end of them will help identify the problem. Around v6.02? I discovered a
problem where if an E-mail was corrupt/malformed somehow (an would have an
"Error reading message" in italics when you try to view it), it would crash
web messaging if you enable the preview pane. Just delete the offending
message, and you'll be all set.
