AJ, Our Classic and Killer webmail templates have a "Common Address Book" feature: you create a plain-text file of all the addresses you wish to include, and they will appear below the user's personal addresses and be un-editable. See the links in my sig for the demos. Taking it a step further, we're close to releasing an LDAP-searchable address book module that integrates with the Killer templates. Now that Ipswitch has got their LDAP server working pretty well, it's going to be a handy tool.
