I've seen some cases were admins didn't have the correct "system" access to
the needed folders and drives.  I've found that anything Imail touches needs
to have full "system" access and "everyone" doesn't include that.  I had
similar problems and this was the fix.

Just for my own knowledge.  What steps did you take to get back to 6.03?  I
am assuming that you performed a CD installation or had backed up all of
your executables.

I was logged in as the Administrator.

I had to revert back to 6.03 to get mail flowing again.

Very strange if you ask me.

Perhaps you were not logged in as Administrator when you ran the patch?
This sounds like a Services permission issue.

Login as Administrator and run the patch again.
