Steve,
There is no 'configuration' in IMail to do this, but I do have one way to
make it happen. If one renames notepad to something else, then names textpad
to notepad, I think it will work as you want. Of course, this means that any
app that calls notepad will now use textpad instead and that may or may not
be OK.
