Please forgive me if I make a statement that sounds somewhat elementary. I
know not of your experience as I am a novice. With a virtual mail servers
uses have to specify there login name in their mail client as
username@domainname. As far as I know netscape does not like the @ symbol in
the username and you have to use and alternate symbol % ex:
username%domainname. If this way off base then I apologize. I presume
problem is with netscape users only.
