Perhaps a bit more detail would help. Are they getting an error message
that says "You entered an incorrect password", are they getting a blank
screen, are they getting no response...?

That's a good sign; it rules out a lot of possibilities.

If that, then what?
In IMail Administrator, make sure that you have it set up to use the IMail
database when you want it to check there.
Remember that when "importing" a user, the pasword will not remain the same,
since NT does not store passwords unencrypted. You would need to run
hacking software to get the passwords out. That's a feature of NT.

Then it sounds as though we have found the problem! You are not setting the
password when the account is created, so IMail uses the default ("password",
I think).
