This shows that you *are* sending the E-mail! The spammer is sending the
spam through your server, which accepts the mail, but the mail server you
connect to is the one rejecting it.
Do you use mclean2.his.com as a gateway? If so, it seems that they are
noticing that your machine is sending spam, and are blocking it.
If you don't use them as a gateway, then it looks like E-mail from that
snippet of the log file is being deleted by the recipient's E-mail server,
but other E-mails are likely going through.
