Do you know who your client is using for dial up?? I know a lot of major
ISP's are starting to block port 25 to all servers but their own.

I have a user that has a free internet with NBCi.com.
He is unable to send a message from his email account. He even cannot send
an email from withing WebMail. (HKS templates)
SMTP in his outlook is setup as mail.bekz.net
POP3 in his outlook is setup as mail.bekz.net
This is his return message: (send from web interface)
