That "very strange reason" is that the DNS entry for gmcofa.com is bogus.
The MX record points to a domain called "63.144.218.219", which is not a
valid domain name. MX records must point to domain names, not IP addresses,
per the RFCs.
As standard procedure, I would E-mail the DNS administrator for gmcofa.com
(whose E-mail address should show up in the SOA record), but their DNS
administrator's E-mail address is listed as just "admin".
They have problems, not you.
