First question is whether or not that really is a user.
If you are sure it is a user, and are brave, you can enable the "Refuse NULL
<> Senders" option on the SMTP Security tab of the IMail Administrator. But
be aware that that breaks the RFCs, and will block bounce messages. It's
not a good thing to do.
The best bet is to see who it is, and let them know they can't do that. I
believe it also breaks the RFCs for some joker to not have a return address
listed there.
