Subject: Re: [IMail Forum] Allow remote password changes
It appears that there is no way to disable "Allow remote password changes" on the POP3 tab of the IMail Administrator. You de-select the check box, stop the service, and the checkbox re-appears. De-select while the services is stopped, and it re-appears when you restart the service.
We are running 6.05a on NT4.0/SP6a. Anyone else seen this?
While I hate to admit this, I have but it was user error. I made the changes, stopped the service, started the service and everything was exactly as it was before I made the changes. Why? I hadn't applied the changes say Imail didn't save them. Stop service, make changes, click apply, start service.Tyran Ormond
