When I click on the "users" directory
under my domain in IMail Admin, there is a button that says "Delete Msg's
By Date". I click on it and try to delete the messages by entering an age,
and I have also tried by entering an "Older Than" date. Neither method
seems to work.
But if I right-click on an individual's
Directory tab screen and do a "Delete By Date", it works great. Using
the Command Line utility also works fine.
Does this "user" directory-level
button work? If it does, why is there no "Busy" or
"Progress" interface feedback that it is doing something?
