If you can't get this working, I would strongly suggest looking at the
CGI script on a web site www.analogx.com
This person writes some excellent freeware utilities, including a CGI
script that lets me easily set up web subscription / unsubscription
forms ...
I use them on several servers running Imail and they have performed
flawlessly with no problems at all.
