[IMail Forum] accept.txt format

using the accept.txt file for controlled relaying for hosts, is there any
way you can enter whole class C address spaces, or do you have to fill out
each ip address in its entirity ?

eg      203.147.164.1,2,3,4,5,6,7

vs      203.147.164.
