Can you show us the Imail SMTP logs so we can see the reason why AOL
is rejecting mail server?
It's probably a simple pb in DNS that can be fixed in 1 minute if you
would just give us the info we've ask for repeatedly.
In the imail\spool directory, the sysMMDD.txt file is the daily log file.
In the Imail SMTP panel, you have to check SMTP logging and tell it
to log to that filename.
Try to send msg to AOL, it's rejected.
In the sysMMDD.txt files, search for the "MAIL FROM:" you used to send to AOL.
Look for "SMTP-" lines which are grouped by "process number", which
is the type of process Imail runs to send mail.
Cut out all the adjacent lines with the same process number and paste
them into this mailing list.
Imail will have logged the AOL reject msg, which will tell us/you how
to fix your DNS.
There, spoon fed, for the last time. Please help us to help you.
