A couple things to check.
1) DNS records, ie. MX, A. etc.
2) Can your new server resolve outside IP/Name
correctly.
Also, if possible, cut and paste your logs here so
we can anaylze it...

Hi:
I have to move our IMail to another server. The server has the
IMail 6.05 (latest patch from your site)
installed and all mailbox folders were
copied. I backed up the IMail localhost from the original server
and copied/restored
it on the new server.
NOW- I can connect to the new server and I can even see the
web site for checking mail - but when I
send a message out it goes but to nowhere. When
I send it a message from another domain
(on our Microsoft Exchange server on another machine) it does not
receive the e-mail
either. I have checked over and
over again and all settings are the same as the old server but something is missing.
Any ideas?
