We cannot get the user limit to work either.
We use IMail 5.08 with an external access database and we have several
domains that we have set one user in each of these domains with host admin
rights. We also set the max accounts to, say , 10. We would come back in
and check the accounts after a few days and find 20+ accounts for these
domains.

IMail does not count the root user (since it is created automatically).
So, if the limit is 4 you can have 5 users (including root).
