Mike,

If the IMail Administrator cannot write the file, then something in the OS
is stopping it. I suspect that you do not have the correct permissions to
allow this. Are you logged into NT as Administrator?

Have you changed rights/permissions on any of the IMail directories? If you
did, then try restoring back to the original settings.
