Nothing like that in Imail.
If the "certain people" never forge their "mail from:" address (you
can't trust any mail headers for security or access purposes since
they are easily forged with any common mail program), then IMGate, as
the gateway to the external world, could restrict sending based on
"mail from: sender@senderdomain" value.
