If this is happening often, check the web messaging logs for a common user
that was logged in before the dr. watson. We found a user whose main mailbox
would consistently crash with Dr. Watson errors. We POP'ed his email and
Eudora had trouble decoding a graphic in an HTML message.
I sent the mailbox to Ipswitch to help them figure out what the problem is.
If you can isolate which user is causing the problem, you might do the same.
I've talked with Ipswitch and they are working on this and related issues.
