Step 1: Find out the address of the sender/recipient and approximate time a
message was sent that appears to have been blocked.
Step 2: Check the IMail logs to see if there was any mail that came in
during that time frame to/from those users.
Step 3a: If IMail shows the message coming in, check the IMail logs to see
where it went.
or
Step 3b: If IMail shows no trace of the message, you will have to deal with
the person who sent the message, and their ISP, to figure out where the mail
is lost. If their ISP isn't cooperative, tell the person that their ISP
refuses to help, and you have no choice but to assume they blocked it. If
the ISP is cooperative, have them check for any trace of this E-mail.
