[IMail Forum] Delayed queue processing

Imail 6.05 (and all previuos versions since 6.00) take 20 minutes to run the queue.  I have tried all SMTP setting and cannot speed this up.  If there is mail in the queue, running smtp32 -qr -x will run it, but how can I speed this up.  I've got other Imail servers that do run the queue properly, and have verified all settings in SMTP and all other tabs and cannot find  anything .  Any assistance would be appreciated.
