yeah, but it's *nix: bw-mgr www.etinc.com only $600 for the
software, or free with their WAN cards, which we use with great
success, also. bw-mgr was what we were going to use to manage/count
our wireles b/w. lotsa options, by ip, by protocol, MRTG support, and
cool conditional bursting feature.

137-139 are netbios and must be blocked on public ip's. I'll send
you an NT hardening white paper which should mostly apply to W2K,
