Also, if you use NT SAM for Imail user base, you need the CALs.

hmmm, since the Imail server is an Internet server, does the Imail 
machine need an MS Internet Connector license of $5000/CPU or 
whatever the price is this week?  I don't think so for a HTTP or SMTP 
server but....

When Imail uses an MS SQL server for its user base, does the MS SQL 
server need the $5000 Internet connector license?
