OK, for the Filtering of pupils e-mails follow the following.
1. Obtain a program called IMFilter from
http://www.micro-neil.com/imfilter.html
This will prevent you from having to cut and paste files to all your users
mailboxes.
2.Copy the badwords.rul and rules.ima to the Imail root.
3.Create a folder in IMail called Filter and place your copy of IMFilter in
there.
4.Place a copy of Wordmonitor.fwd in Filter aswell.
5.Wordmonitor.fwd is set to forward to Administrator but you can edit this
if you require.
6.Edit the exclude.lst file ( from IMFilter ) to include the users you dont
want to filter.
7.When you are happy run the following command from your IMail server (
changing the locations if reqd ) d:\imail\filter\imfilter -r d:\imail\filter

You can also set up an auto reply to inform senders that their e-mail has
not reached its destination due to it containing a restricted word. If you
want this aswell just ask and i'll send you the instructions.

I will also send the required files direct to your e-mail address as posting
them on the Newsgroup wouldnt be a good idea ( too much profanity !! ) so if
anybody else requires them just drop me an e-mail. Also the best places to
find extra words for your filter, beleive it or not (dont know if it will
wash with your Head Teacher) is to look at the Meta Tags on Porn sites !!
