Status ... last night I downgraded my sytem to the 6.02 version and
everything seems to be connecting - this morning (just can't get enough!) I
brought it back to 6.04 - and as of now - it seems fine. I finally spoke to
the support folks at Ipswitch, and learned that because I use tables with my
external database, I need to make sure I include the fields that are
required by 6.05. I need to modify about 200 scripts and run them in order
for the upgrade to be possible. I'm not liking this very much - could be a
long weekend! If anyone else has been through this and has other options,
I'd sure be interested! Thanks for you help-

Kim, a couple of things.

1. Did you reboot your server after upgrading? You need to do this.

2. During the 6.05 upgrade the odbcuser.dll gets replaced with a new
updated one. Hopefully, you have a backup of the odbcuser.dll that you were
using before you upgraded. If so Stop all Imail services, re-name the
existing odbcuser.dll to odbcuser-605.dll in the Imail directory and put
your old odbcuser.dll back in the Imail directory. Restart the Imail
services you had running previously and try it again.
