[IMail Forum] kill file question

hello
have a quickie question on the kill file.
should i use
@domain.com
.domain.com
or what. when i used version 4 support had me do both but was curious on the 6 version.
and how detailed can i get. 
like whatever.jp.co 
seems like alot of crap from the jp's.
