[IMail Forum] Migrating IMail to Exchange

All,     I know this is not the right place to ask this question, and I am sure I'll get a lot of flame on this one, but I need to know if there's a easy and painless way of migrating IMAIL to MS Exchange 5.5.     I know of a way, which requires users start using POP3 to download all their mail and then uploading it to the exchange server, but that will take a long time. I am basically looking for an easier way to do this, and preferably, migrating the user files from the server to Exchange DB.     Thanks in advance for your help.   Patrick Y.
