My web messaging is still crashing about every couple of days, getting a lot
of aggro:-((
OK what I have found is that it crashes only during a login. In the
instances concerned there was NO other activity via web messaging at that
time.
I have tried one of the users who caused a crash and I can duplicate the
problem at will.
I enter their name and password and hit enter, I quickly get the IE page not
found as the web messaging crashes.
Restart the service try to login again same result. I have tried other users
accounts that were created either side of this one and there is no problem.
I can see nothing peculiar about this account or the others that cause the
crash, they look normal.
The problem started about a week/10 days ago though nothing in particular
took place at that time although it could have coincided with an upgrade to
6.05 from 6.04 but I am not sure of the date..
Any suggestions
Other Info we are running 6.05 on W2K Server, PIII650, single cpu, 512MB
Ram, have 4000 mailboxes.
