It only allows one of the several relay options. The only useful 
choice for public Imail servers is relay for addresses

RTFM page 118 and 119 for kill file by sender@senderdomain and 
"access control" by ip and subnet which can be used in combination 
with the anti-hijacking "relay for addresses" option.
