Pete,

IMail will use the IP assigned to the domain sending the email, or the
Primary IP for IPless domains. There is a Registry setting 'BindToIP' that
modifies this, normally used when NIC is on a 'different' network than the
1st NIC and when Mail delivery fails when using the 2nd (usually internal
network) NIC. You could give it a try, check KB for details.
