I'm surprised they even know that mail servers timestamp messages. If they want their
own time zone used, they should know that they need their own server to do it.
If they are smart enough to know about timestamps, they should be smart enough to know
that they are paying you to share the mailserver, not for their own mailserver.
If you have multiple mailservers, there should be no problem (although military format
is required, I believe). But on one mailserver, it usually isn't done.
This of course begs the question, why do they want to do this? It isn't going to
affect what 99% of their users see (unless perhaps they are using an oddball mail
client that doesn't set the date/time in the message).
