When I called them they indicated I can purchase based on on how
many NT-Server machines I may use. There was no indication I had
to purchase for all my machines at all. I mentioned to their business
sales person that I had seven machines and needed to only use it on
one of them. They did not have any problem with this and processed
the order. I have Norton on all my other machines. I also told them
I wanted VirusScan only for NT-Server, but they explained that it
only is available for NT this way.

I do not know if the command line utilities are available separately
but I saw there was a separate download for these. They have been in
the past. I've used them since my early BBS days. The only drawback
here is that no scheduler is available to update the DAT files. You
have to download whole update installs. Theoretically this would be
even less cost.
