Hey Ron that's interesting.  We get those 550 unknown bounces too.  Got a
bunch last night from @home.com.  I just assumed it is server issues on the
receiving end (@home.com in this case?).

Click on Lists for the domain in question on the left panel of IMail Admin,
then edit the Number of Recipients per Message field on the right. We've had
our IMail Admin list (about 500 subscribers) set to 1,000 for some time now
with good results... significantly faster delivery than when it was at the
default 20, and no complaints of duplicate deliveries. (Now if we could
solve all the 550-Unknown User bounces, I'd be happy. Hard to believe there
are that many misconfigured DNSs out there in IMail Admin land.)
