Unfortunately, IMail's web messaging parser does some wacky stuff to HTML-formatted email messages. Just do a view source from the web templates on one of these messages (even one sent from Outlook), and you'll see that most of the whitespace (tabs and spaces) have been replaced with " " strings, which increases the kb size of these messages by at least a factor of 3, and breaks most table layouts. Also, if a user composes an HTML message in Outlook with Word as the editor, the parser doesn't even recognize the message as HTML, and will display all the code raw. Ipswitch is aware of these problems, and we hope to have them fixed when IMail v7 arrives.
