One of our users is receiving the following error message when one of
his clients tries to send him email. It *appears* that the host
resolution problem is occuring on the client site. I've looked at the
log files and can't find any errors that would indicate it's on the our
end (the receiving email server).

Can anyone shed some light on possible problems?

Thanks,
Dale
