I can't offer a solution just to say I have been having the same problem for
the last month, its shut down 19 times, just as you say no DrWatson nothing
just the service shuts down.
The most I have been able to determine is that the last action was someone
logging in, however it appears to be totaly random....
Getting near the end of my tether...
