I have the same problem here in Calgary with @home email addresses. Believe
it or not though - I've had great tech support from @home on this issue (so
far). They recognized the problem, immediately escalated the problem, didn't
blame me or my server, indicated that they have begun to take a response,
and have phoned me and emailed me back to confirm their response!

Now if I could get that response for actual connection and line speed
problems too!
