For adventurous declude users, my SCANFILE batch file now handles TNEF files
with the following conditions:
1: The TNEF file(actually the parameter Scott passes to the SCANFILE process)
ends with the extension .dat. This should cover any Outlook generated files.
Support for other extensions can easily be added.
2: It does not handle embedded TNEFs (a winmail.dat that contains another
winmail.dat). I don't think this is likely to happen from my testing - but no
promises.
3: There is an arbitrary limit on the number of files contained in a
winmail.dat file. I currently have it set to 100, though it could easily
modified for as many as needed.
It's probably 90%(+) solution. It's not the prettiest thing I've ever done,
but works well for the time put in.
I didn't want to spend more than an hour or so on it since Scott will be
upgrading Declude, but if anyone wants to see it for use in the interim let me
know.
