LISTers,
We are using I-Mail 4.1 for our POP3 Server
and Exchange 5.5 for our internal email server. We currently have
Exchange running our SMTP, but are using I-Mail to forward all POP3 mail to
our Exchange Corporate accounts.
Our users are having a problem with not being able
to view the other recipients that their incoming messages were sent to or
were copied to. We have one user that works with several different
organizations and is always part of a mass mailing list. Her main
complaint is that she can't Reply to All or Reply to a select few because the
message does not indicate anyone else, but herself as the recipient for the
message.
Does anyone know if this is a "feature" of
I-Mail? Can it be resolved?
We have successfully verified that both our Outlook
and Outlook Express configurations are set as necessary for viewing copied or
multiple recipients.
Please advise.
Thank you,
Timothy P. McBride
