This has affected TONS of people throughout Norcal... not us thank God! I'm not sure how long our UPSs
could hold out, and have no desire to find out the hard way =).

    Has this adversely affected anyone in the California area?  I ask be cause a friend out that way who has had an otherwise near perfect connection through dial-up is no longer able to connect for Email or WWW.
