On the invalid template front...


check your imail configuration for a given host (the one with the 
error) on the general tab and see if there is a trailing "\" on 
your top directory. 

For example, if your virtual domain directory is d:\imail\domain1 
make sure that is is NOT d:\imail\domain1\. As i recall, when you 
create a domain as a web administrator, imail sticks in the 
trailing "\".  This will cause exactly the error you describe. 

Goto the administrator on the server and remove the "/" and it 
should be fine.

Also, make sure that there is a "web" directory under each one. It 
can be empty but some of the news/web advertising stuff won't work 
if it is missing.
