The pocket poor, man weary solution is to just add them and disable them
all manually. The profanity part may be harder to think out than to do.
With all of the possible permutations and variations in popular slang as
well as foreign languages, you could waste a year on this one. Then of
course their is the freedom of expression issue. Currently we are at the
buckle end of the Christian bible belt in the USA. We have never gotten a
complaint about an obscene Email name. I'm sure the guy who uses "uncsucks"
get hell from the University of North Carolina alumni, but that's more of a
personal matter.
Per haps some of the third party template creators like HumanKind
Systems have an automated solution to this.
