In outlook express in accounts on the server tab I have checked
my server requires authentication & in those settings I have tried both use the same
settings as my incoming mail server & logon using with my username and password - and
neither way works.
This is the error message:
Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this
include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity. Account:
'mail.mydomain.com', Server: 'mail.mydomain.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25,
Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F
(I have changed here the domain name for security reasons)
If I set the server to relay for anyone - it works just fine, the minute I put the
relay for addresses back on it does not !
Thanks
