In the Single Message Max. Size, you can limit the size of the outgoing
mail,in my case I have it set it to a maximun
of 500 Kb( 1/2 Mb) ,meaning that if one of my users try to send a message
larger than that,he will get a message
that it exceeds the size permitted.

In the Default Max Mailbox Size, you can limit the size in Bytes that the
mailbox will support.

And in the DefaultMax.Messages you can limit the number of messages that the
Mailbox can hold.

As I say before,I have not seen a way to limit the size of the incoming
mail,if anyone knows how to
do it,please let me know.

Hope this will help.
