[IMail Forum] mail getting deleted

All imail gurus   One of our client is complaining that they are not receiving all the mails from imail server We are using imail 6.02 on NT Platform. He told me that if he sent say 10 mail then mostly he received 7 to 8 mail and one or two mail are lost.   Please let me know is it possible.     Tushar
