For instance, you had mail address [EMAIL PROTECTED] and [EMAIL PROTECTED]. Now you combine and alias both
domains, with primary mama and alias papa and your first user is still receiving
e-mail at jdoe@mama.com whereas
second user is now [EMAIL PROTECTED] You want
[EMAIL PROTECTED] to receive all e-mail going
to [EMAIL PROTECTED], but istead, all his mail
lands in [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Here is what I did. For the user [EMAIL PROTECTED] I set up a rule by which all
e-mail destined "to: [EMAIL PROTECTED]"
goes to mailbox "resend". Next, I created a file called resend.fwd that I placed
in jdoe mail directory. In this file I specified forward address which is [EMAIL PROTECTED] (file has to be created on DOS
editor or Notepad)
Worked like a champ for me.
