Wrong.  You only want them to be able to send E-mail if they have an account on your 
server.  If you allow people to send mail based on their return address, spammers will 
just use a valid return address.

You want to use "Relay for addresses" (enter IP addresses that only legitimate users 
would be coming from), and then use SMTP AUTH for everyone else.

Only if they are all coming from known IP addresses.  Otherwise, they will need to use 
SMTP AUTH, which will require them to log on (although it will be transparent to them).
