[IMail Forum] Migrating email

I have not seen anything in the manual about migrating from another email server.  I am currently running Communigate Pro by Stalker software and was thinking on moving to imail.  Is there a way to transfer the .mbox files (communigate) to .mbx format of imail so I do not loose any stored mail?   Any help would be appreciated   Dan
