I use serv-u and it works fine. Anyone can access the server with any 
of the IP Addresses or any domain name on the server. The user and 
which directories you give them access to is what rules which 
directories they have access to. Nothing to do with the IP address.

Of course, if you're not using serv-u, that may not apply, but I'd 
think it would.
